New Modern House 1 located in Zionsville, IN broke ground in fall 2015 for family of four seeking an energy efficient, modest, modern dwelling responding sympathetically to its site #Copperwood.
Construction on new Lakeside Modern Lodge on Lake Lemon in Unionville, Indiana is underway. The project broke ground in fall 2017 for a an extended family retreat located right on beautiful Lake Lemon south of Martinsville and north of Bloomington.
Back40House located in Pendleton, IN sits on family-owned land acquired in the 1800’s.
Most certainly, we’re excited to report that the design + construction process is now complete.

We have recently completed a Cigar Room Addition for our clients in Brendonwood Historic District on Indianapolis’ northeast side. Once again, we are working on a Midcentury Modern gem designed by the architects of the firm, Vonnegut, Wright, and Yeager.
Modern Lakehouse revitalization is now complete at Lake Clearwater in Indianapolis. This neighborhood, originally established in 1980s, has been undergoing a wave of substantial property improvements for the last several years. This project marks our third project in the neighborhood and second Clearwater design-build effort in 4 years.
