New Modern House 1 located in Zionsville, IN broke ground in fall 2015 for family of four seeking an energy efficient, modest, modern dwelling responding sympathetically to its site #Copperwood.
This renovation at Reef Court located on the east side of Geist Reservoir received exterior and interior upgrades in 2016-2017. The original home, built in the 1980’s, was ready for a refresh by new residents, and the team of HAUS + WERK was able to assist.
Originally built in 1938, this Classic Irvington Tudor Remodel has undergone successive renovations to help support an evolving family.
