06 March 2021 – Fletcher Place historic renovation is back-on after a COVID-related delay.

Originally, we worked with this client to discuss a major renovation to their home in the Meridian-Kessler neighborhood.  But after some preliminary discussions with client and architect, client decided it best to relocate.  They found another home in Fletcher Place instead.

We are at the beginning, and have already discovered a few “unforeseens” related to structure behind pre-existing walls.  Steel to the rescue!
